What size of trade show can Quantos Media handle?
Anything from a single booth to a multi-hall show with several stages running at once. We scale the crew to the floor plan, so a one-camera booth shoot and a full multi-day production get the same standard of coverage.
What deliverables do exhibitors usually order?
A recap film of the booth and the show, executive or customer interviews, product demo videos and vertical social cuts. We can also photograph the booth and the team during the same coverage.
Can you capture our keynote or stage session?
Yes. We film keynotes, panels and breakout sessions, and can combine stage capture with floor coverage in the same package.
How loud is too loud for interviews on a show floor?
We record with professional microphones and monitor audio live, so exhibitor interviews stay clean and usable even on a busy floor. It is one of the most common problems we solve at conventions.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can. Convention weeks book out citywide, and it is not only the giants: technology, medical, gaming, mining, construction, beauty, fitness, automotive and hospitality shows all run major floors, and experienced crews get taken quickly.
